Balsamic Herb Grilled Chicken

4 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces) 1 fruit without seeds Lemons 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard 2 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Thyme, ground .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Oregano, ground .5 dash Pepper, black 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Mince garlic. Zest and juice lemon.
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large zipper bag and mix until fully combined.
Remove 1/4 of the marinade to use for bastng .
Add chicken to marinade, turn to coat, then refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
Preheat grill to medium and brush with oil.
Place chicken on grill and cook 5-7 minutes per side, until thoroughly cooked.
Baste with reserved marinade while cooking.
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 4oz servings
