Ingredients
2 serving 365 Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs (1 Serving=1/4 cup) (by ERINCOTT) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 tsp Pepper, black .3 tsp Saffron 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 16 oz Lamb, Ground
Directions
Mix ingredients together, form kabobs on skewers. Sear on high grill then turn down to 375 F, grill for 8-10 min total, turning halfway.
