Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients
3 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 4 Serving(s) Erythritol 1 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins) 2.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Mix blueberries lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of swerve in bowl. Put in 9 x 9 baking dish. Mix flour, the rest of the swerve and some lemon zest and melted butter together to make a crumble. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake at 375 for 22 minutes Serving Size: Makes 9 servings
