Asian cabbage and edamame slaw

Ingredients
1 cup, shredded Cabbage, red, fresh 0.5 cup, grated Carrots, raw 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup Edamame, shelled, fresh 1 tsp Ginger Root 1 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 2 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 0.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
toast seeds, set aside.

Shred cabbage, carrots and onion. Place in large bowl. Shell edamame and add to bowl. In a small bowl mix grated ginger root, garlic, vinegar and oil. Add soy sauce. Mix well and pour over salad. Toss well. Refrigerate for an hour. serve with toasted sesame seeds.
