Ingredients
1 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1 Eggplant, fresh 3 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
Directions
Cut eggplant and bring to boil in water for 15mins.

Drain the eggplant and put in a bowl while hot. Use a handblender and blend the eggplant . Once belended to a fine consistency, add the psyllium husk.

This will thicken the swallow and it is ready for consumption
