Chicken Broccoli Rice Cass

Ingredients
10 0z frozen Broccoli chopped and thawed1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2%2 cups brown rice cooked1/2 cup fat free sour cream1 cup low sodium chicken broth1 roasted chicken from grocery store
Directions
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Take chicken off the bone and discard skin. Thaw broccoli in microwave according to package. Cook rice according to package. Mix shredded cheese, sour cream, mushroom soup, and chicken broth, and mix in 2 cups of chicken. Add rice and broccoli. Mix together and put in a corningware dish. Place in oven and cook for 30 to 35 minutes or until warm and bubbly.

    Good basic recipe. I have made many casseroles like this over the years and so I knew we would not be happy without seasoning before baking. I added salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. My kids aren't big casserole fans so this is one for the adults. Maybe one day they'll see the light. - 12/29/08

    Just made it tonight. I love it, but I am a BIG broccoli fan and added more then what the recp said. All in all a really good dish, thanks! I also added a little salt after it was done. If seemed like it was missing something and that made it better! - 11/12/08
