Sriracha Cashews

Ingredients
1 cup Cashew Nuts, Raw 1.5 tsp Coconut Oil 2 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 3/4 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix cashews and coconut oil together in a heavy skillet over low to medium heat. Add sriracha sauce, and stir well to coat. Cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes, or until nuts are fragrant, and evenly coated. Dump out into a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Allow to cool completely. Store covered until ready to eat.
