13 Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cup 13 Bean Soup Mix, Bob's Red Mill (by NHSTITCHER) 1.75 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 clove Garlic 8 serving Breakfast pork sausage - (2) per serving 1.5 tsp chili powder 1.5 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. allspice1/4 tsp. thyme6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Soak beans overnight. In a large kettle, brown the pork sausage. Add all vegetables except canned diced tomatoes. Saute the vegetables with the sausage for about 5 minutes, until the onions are clear. Add the beans, tomato, water, and seasoning. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer on low for 90 minutes.
