Ingredients
1 cup whole mung beans (cooked until tender)1 tbsp oil1/4 cup fresh shredded coconut1-2 small green chillies(slit length wise)1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black mustard seeds1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Directions
Pressure cook mung beans for quick cooking. Or it can be soaked overnight and then cooked on stove top for 10-15 min. Heat oil in pan, add cumin, black seeds. When they are done spluttering add the slit green chilis and a handful of curry leaves & a pinch of hing. Add the cooked numg bean, salt & coconut and cook until it is dry. Don't stir too much or else it will get mushy.
