Cauliflower Spanish Rice

Ingredients
900 grams Cauliflower, raw 2 cup Salsa 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Cumin seed
Directions
Take raw cauliflower and rice it in a food processor fist, then cook the rice and oil over med heat for 5 minutes, add seasonings and salsa, let simmer on low for 15 to 20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
