Ingredients
16 ozs. ground turkey1 Med. Summer Squash1 Med. Onion2 cups Classico Spag. SauceParmesan Cheese to taste6 ozs. Whole Wheat Penne 1 Tbsp EVOO
Directions
Put pasta water on to boil. Saute Onion until translucent, add turkey cook until brown. Shred summer squash into turkey. Add sauce. Cook pasta until done, top with Parmesan.
