Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (thawed and drained)Pizza Crust DoughRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Pesto Sauce, 0.25 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 dash
Stretch pizza crust or use a pre-made crust. Spread with pesto. Layer half of cheese then tomato and spinach. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
