Sausage Lentil Soup

Ingredients
2 cups lentils, rinsed2 cans fat free chicken broth (4 cups)6-8 cups water*Cook on med for 1/2 hourAdd:1 tbsp paprika1 tsp chili powder2 tsp salt (optional)1 tsp pepper3 cloves garlic, minced or crushed1 cup grated carrots1 cup diced celery1 cup chopped onion2 cups finely chopped fresh spinach1 pkg (5) Jennie-O Hot Italian Turkey Sausages, cooked and cut in small pieces
Directions
Cook lentils with broth and water on medium heat for 30 minutes, then add spices, veggies and sausage. Simmer an additional 30 minutes then enjoy!
