tandoori chicken

Ingredients
(6) 5 oz. chicken boneless skinless breasts 1/2 cup cilantro1/2 cup parsley4 green onions4 garlic cloves1 T cumin powder1 T kosher salt1 t cayenne powder1/8 C olive oil1 cup low fat yogurt1/4 fresh lemon juice
Directions
In food processor add all spices and parsley, cilantro, green onions . Process until finely minced. Add olive oil and lemon juice then mix in yogurt.

In a plastic bag add chicken breast and yogurt marinade. Make sure that all chicken is thoroughly covered and refrigereate for at least 2 hours but no more than 4 hours.

Grill the chicken breasts and serve with brown rice. Discard leftover marinade.
