Marilyns Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1 T. canola oil1 C. chopped onion1 C. chopped celery1/2 C. chopped bell peppers1 can kidney beans1 can diced tomatoes (I prefer Chili or Mexican Style)1 C. tomato sauce1 T. salt1 tsp. pepper2 T. chili powder1-2 C. water
Directions
Brown ground turkey in canola oil. Add onions, celery, peppers and cook til soft. Add spices, then tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. This can be converted to slow cooker recipe but be sure to decrease the amount of water.
