Tuna Salad w/ beans

Ingredients
1 tuna steak, broiled and cut in chunks1 can great northern or white beans, drained and rinsed1 cucumber, cut in chunks2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half2 tbs walnut oiljuice of 2 lemonszest of 1 lemon2 tbs dijon mustard
Directions
Cook tuna (or use leftover from previous meal)

drain and rinse one can of white beans.

In large bowl, whisk mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest and oil - til mixed

Add cucumber chunks, tomato chunks, and tuna

Chill slightly

serve
