carrots, onions beansprouts, base soup/stock
Directions
brown off onions, add carrots chopped, mushrooms, add oxo cube, water, soup. cook till carrots are squishy, whizz the mixture. add rice wine, soy and pepper. cook. add beansprouts 5 mins before end
