Ingredients
*Pork Sausage, 5 link packageBroccoli raab, 1 bunch cooked Garlic, 6 clove Oil, 1/4 cupWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Parsley, dried, 1 tbspOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedChicken Broth, 1 cup Orzo Pasta, 1 cup Portabella Mushrooms, 100 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated, 6 tbsp (Progresso Healthy Classics Lentil Soup, .75 cup
Directions
Saute sausage.. and add garlic and oil... add some water to steam sausage... after 7 or 8 min...... take out sausage and cut into slices and put back in pot... add salt , black pepper, red crushed pepper, mushrooms, and lentils..continue to cook on low...
In a separate pot boil 4 cups of water and add orzo and cook for 14 min... add some chick broth powder (1 tsp)... and stir frequently. when pasta is done add to pot with sausage... and stir...
Each serving is 1 1/2 cups.. ... sprinkle one tablespoon of parmesean.. voila!!! very tasty..
