Lean Egg White Omelette

Ingredients
2 oz. homel diced ham (pillow pack)1 tbsp chopped green onion (optional)2 egg whites1/2 tbsp light butter1/8 cup shredded reduced fat chese
Directions
1. Melt butter in small skillet
2. Add diced ham and brown.
3. Pour egg whites over ham in skillet. Tilt skillet until egg whites form at edges of. Continue tilting until center of omlette is fully cooked.
4. Add shredded cheese and onion.
5. Fold one side of omlette over to make a half-moon shape.
Serve piping hot!
