Bell Pepper Casserole

Ingredients
Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Chili powder, 1.50 tbspOnions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped Tomato Sauce, 1 cupGround Beef 93% Lean, 16 ozKraft Minute Rice (white), 1 cup 1 cup waterSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef, add onion and cook until clear. Add seasoning. Parboil green pepper in 1 cup water (microwave works great). In casserole dish put Minute Rice, tomato sauce, ground beef mixture and water and green peppers. Stir well to mix. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes till cheese melted.
