2 apples, pealed and sliced1 peach, pealed and sliced1/2 serving dried cranberries3/4 cup apple cidersprinkle of cinnamonsprinkle of nutmeg1 tbsp spenda brown sugar blend1-1/2 tsp cornstarch
Place sliced apples and peaches in covered skillet; add dried cranberries. Sprinkle small amount cinnamon and nutmeg. Add cider. Cover skillet and cook over low heat until the apples are tender. Add brown sugar blend and cornstarch to a measuring cup; add enough of the cider from the apples to blend. Pour the cider and cornstarch mixture back into the apples. Simmer uncovered until the mixture is thickened. Serve warm with light cool whip, as desired.
