TD & Lou's Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
1 Whole boneless skinless chicken breast3 slices smoked ham2 slices provolone.5c bread crumbs1 egg
Directions
Makes 2 servings

Preheat oven to 350

Split the chicken breast in half and pound it out so the thicker end is about the thickness of the slimmer end.

Place one slice of ham on each breast, then one slice of cheese, then divide the third slice of ham in half and place one half on top of the cheese.

Roll each breast and secure with a skewer.
Roll each breast in the bread crumbs, then in the egg wash then again in the bread crumbs.

Bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes or until internal temperature is 160.
