Banana, Nut and Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour3/4 c whole wheat flour2 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup sugar1 egg, slightly beaten1 cup mashed banana1/2 cup water1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup walnuts1 cup raisins
Directions
Makes 15 muffins

combine in a large bowl: All purpose flour, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, nuts, and raisins. In a seperate bowl combine: egg, banana, water and applesauce. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until moistened. DO NOT OVER MIX. Fill muffin cups approx 3/4 full and bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes.
