Curried Lamb and Chickpeas

Ingredients
1 lb. ground lamb1 medium onion, chopped2 tsp garlic, chopped1 cup chickpeas, cooked2 Tbl Greek-style yogurt1 Tsp Penzey's Hot Curry PowderSalt, dash1 Tbl canola oil
Directions
Heat canola oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and curry powder. Saute until onions are soft. Add garlic. Saute until garlic is fragrant. Add ground lamp in 1/2" lumps and brown. Add chickpeas. Simmer 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in yogurt. Serve immediately. Makes 5-6 servings.
