Pasta Bake w/ Hamburg and Veggies

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb of pasta (ziti or penne)1 1/2 lb ground beef (80% lean)1 large summer squash, chopped1/2 red onion, chopped4 garlic cloves1 15oz can diced tomatoes, drained1 Tbsp paprika1 tsp ground cuminsalt , to taste1/4 cup parmesan cheese1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Set water to boil for pasta. Cook pasta until "el dente".
Saute onions until soft - add hamburger, spices, and grate in the garlic. Saute until hamburger is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
Add summer squash and cook until slightly soft. Stir in tomatoes (drained) and heat through.
Coat a large baking dish with pan spray - add pasta to pan, and pour sauce over pasta - gently stir to coat.
Sprinkle parm cheese over, and then shredded cheese. Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes at 400F, or until cheese is bubbly and tips of pasta are lightly browned.
