California Salad

Ingredients
Salad ingredients:6 cups (about 2 bunches) broccoli florets3 cups red seedless grapes, halved1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled1/2 cup walnuts, chopped2 cups (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded1 cup (4 oz) dried cranberries3/4 cup chopped red onionDressing ingredients:1 cup light mayonnaise2 Tablespoons white vinegar1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Mix dressing ingredients. Stir salad ingredients together then mix with dressing. Refrigerate overnight.
