Sunny Chicken

Ingredients
1.5 tsp curry powder1.5 c. Orange juice4 chicken breast halves1 cup uncooked rice.5 tbsp splenda brown sugar blend1 tsp mustardsaltpepper
Directions
rub thawed chicken breasts with curry powder, salt & pepper.

Put uncooked rice, OJ, mustard, and brown sugar and mix well.

Lay seasoned chicken breasts on top, and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Turn heat off and let stand for 10 minutes for rice to soak up all liquid.
