Fat free Cauliflower cheese

Ingredients
1/2 cup all purpose flour1 cup fat free milk1/2 cup Kraft Free shredded cheddar (fat free)4 cups steamed cauliflower, drained
Directions
Make a roux sauce with the flour and milk, in a saucepan over a low heat. Add shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Place cauliflower florets in a casserole dish, and pour the cheese sauce over the top. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, until top is golden.
