Blue Cornmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup blue corn meal1 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt2 tsp sugar1 1/2 cups 2% milk1/3 cup canola oil2 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease muffin pan.


Sift flour with corn meal and baking powder. Then mix in salt and sugar. Stir in milk and oil. Beat eggs and stir into mixture.

Fill each hole in pan 3/4 full and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
