Ingredients
* Spinach, frozen, 1.6 package (10 oz) yields (remove) * 15 oz can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed * 15 oz can red kidney Beans, rinsed * Lentils, 1 cup *2 tbsp Olive Oil, * Onions, raw, 1 large sliced * Garlic, 5 clove minced * Chicken Broth, 48 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Saute chopped onion in olive oil. Add rinsed beans and spinach. Add chicken broth. Simmer for 1 hour. Garnish with fried chopped garlic and sour cream
