Promise Fat Free Margarine, 4 sticks(softened)Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1 cup packedSplenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/2 cup Egg, fresh, 4 medium Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Flour, white, 3 cup Baking Soda, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Salt, .50 tsp Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 6 cup Raisins, 2 cup (not packed) Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .50 cup
Preheat oven to 350, beat together sugars and margarine, add eggs and vanilla, beat well, add flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, mix well. Stir in oats and raisins, mix well. drop by rounded table spoons onto ungreased cookie sheet, (I flatten the cookies a little) they can be close together, they dont spread a lot) cook for 10 minutes, or untill golden brown (10 minutes in my oven seems to make them perfect, they seem gooey but they end upo being very soft cookies when cooled) cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, then remove to wire rack or wax paper to cool a bit more. makes about 7 dozen cookies, serving size is one cookie.
