Simple Sesame Noodles

1 lb. Angel Hair Pasta or Vermicelli1/2 c. soy sauce1/4 c. toasted sesame oil1 tsp. minced garlic (or to taste)3/4 tsp. ground ginger or 1 tsp (or more) fresh ginger, minced1 tsp. rice vinegar1 tbl. honey1 tbl. toasted sesame seedsSliced green onion, optional
Cook and prepare pasta as directed on box, with salt.
Combine rest of ingredients (except sesame seeds) in a large bowl and whisk until well combined.
When pasta is done, drain and add to bowl.
Toss pasta with sauce until coated.
Top with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
