.25 cup almond butter2 cups dry rolled oats1 cup kashi puffed cereal3 servings vegan protein powder (I use rainbow light energizer)1 cup plain light soy milk2 Tbs unsweetened (or grain sweetened) carob chips.25 cup Vermont sugar free maple syrup
combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, stir well until fully mixed. spoon carefully into zip-lock sandwich or snack bags, form into rectangles, and either freeze or refrigerate. Alternatively, spread out onto baking sheet and refrigerate overnight, then cut into 14 or 15 bars and wrap each in foil or plastic wrap. enjoy!
