black beans & rice

Ingredients
2 cups of black beans(uncooked)2 cups rice (uncooked)1 Large onion chopped3 stalks of celery choppedhalf green pepper choppedhalf a red pepper chopped6 cloves of garlic crushed1 cup cubed pork cooked4 cups of watersalt for water
Directions
put water and beans in a pot with salt to taste and boil till almost tender.(about an hour)
Add rice, onion, celery, and peppers, and cook for about 30 minutes, or until water is all gone.
Stir in garlic and meat. Let heat through, and serve.
