Navy Bean & Ham Soup, Sherrie's

Ingredients
2 Ham Hocks1 pkg (16 oz) Navy Beans1 small onion12 cups water
Directions
Soak Navy Beans in water overnight, drain

Add beans, ham hocks, chopped onion and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic) to crock pot

Cook on high for several hours

Remove ham hocks, and get pieces of ham off of them to return to the soup.

Mash beans to thicken soup.

Makes about 12 - 1 cup servings.
