Garlic Beef Round Roast

Ingredients
Beef, bottom round, 1.5 lbOlive Oil, .33 cupGarlic, 5 cloves (1 Tbsp)Salt, 1 tsp1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Salt and Pepper the meat. In a Skillet with a lid, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the meat and sear it until brown on both sides. Add 1/2 Cup of water and reduce the heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Turn the meat, baste it with the pan juices, then let it simmer in the covered pan for another 20 minutes. Repeat this step two more times. Remove from heat and baste it one more time before setting it aside for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve with pan juices spooned over the top.
