Smooth and Creamy Whipped Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes1 T. I Can't Believe It's Note Butter LIght1/4 cup Fat-free Half and HalfSplenda to tasteMakes 6 1/2 cup servings.
Directions
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into chunks. Cook in boiling water until fork tender. Transfer to food processor and blend until smooth. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
