Vegan Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/3 cup cups oats4 tablespoons raisins4 tablespoons flour1 1/3 cups powdered soy milk1 cup unsweetened applesauce (no-sugar-added)1 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon baking powder4 tablespoon no-calorie artificial sweetener
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a LARGE cookie sheet with Pam or use two smaller cookie sheets. Mix all ingredients together and spoon on sheet. Bake for 15-20 minute.

I made 6 cookies out of this. Try not to use vanilla flavoured powdered soy milk, it tends to make it a bit too sweet.

    I Found this reciepe great. My children loved this for a breakfast change and wanted more. It so easy and very quick to make first thing in the morning.
