Ingredients
Any reduced calorie wheat breadegg whites (2) or egg beatersPrefered type of low fat cheesedash salt and pepperTurkey bacon or morningstar bacon
Directions
-Toast 2 slices of wheat bread.
-Cook 2 egg whites omlet style and dash salt and pepper on it.
-brown 2 strips of bacon
-Put it all together laying the non-fat cheese between the bacon and the cooked egg white so it melts and enjoy!
