Peanut Butter Cheese ball

Ingredients
A block of reduced fat cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 3/4 cup of peanut butter (smooth.. not all natural), 3 Tbsp of dark brown sugar, and enough chocolate chips for the outside of the ball.
Directions
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until well blended. Place your batter into a sheet of saran wrap and pull all four corners up to form a ball.
Freeze for an hour and a half. Enough time for the ball to take shape.
Roll the ball in a plate full of chocolate chips. You might find in necessary to push the chips into the ball.
Serve with graham crackers or apples.
