Prosciutto Wrapped lamb with kipflers

Ingredients
Red Potato, 200 grams lamb backstrap, 200 gram(s) Garlic, 1 clove prosciutto, 30 gram(s) green beans trimmed, 150 gram(s) 1 ruby red grapefruit, segmented, 350 gram(s) 0.25 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, 1 serving reduced-fat fetta cheese, crumbed, 30 gram(s)
Directions
Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan-forced.
Place potato in small ovenproof dish, roast, uncovered 15 minutes
Meanwhile, cut small slits in lamb, fill-each slit with a garlic slice. Wrap prosciutto around lamb. Cook lamb in a heated medium frying pan, 1 minute each side. Remove from pan; place on of potato.
Roast lamb and potato, uncovered, about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave beans until tender.
Combine beans with remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
Serve lamb, serve with potato and salad
