1 C - Vanilla Soy Milk - lite1 sm banana1/2 C frozen strawberries1/2 C frozen cranberries1/2 C frozen cherries1 tsp Fibersure supplement (can delete to decrease fiber and calorie intake)2 Tbs Toasted Wheat Germ

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
