Curry rice cauliflower soup

Ingredients
2 leekshead of cauliflowersweet potato4 cups Veggie broth1 can evap ff milk1/2 cup swiss cheese shredded1 cup cooked wild ricegarlic 1-2 clovescurry 1-2 tbspcooking spraysalt and pepper
Directions
cook leeks, potato and cauliflower in large pot with cooking spray and garlic. Add curry and any other spices. Add brooth and bring to boil. Add milk, and cheese and simmer for about 10 min. add rice before serving.
