Artichoke and Asiago spread

1/2 jar or can of artichokes1/2 cup silken tofu, drained3 Tbsps nonfat cottage cheese1/4 cup shredded asiago cheese salt, pepper and cayenne to tastejuice of half a lemon1/4 tsp mustard powder2 cloves garlic minced
Drain artichokes and chop coarsely.
In a food processor, process all ingredients except asiago and artichokes until well blended and creamy. Fold in asiago and artichokes.
Chill well, serve with crackers or crisp bread.
