Beef Macaroni Bake

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground Beef2 cups uncooked, macaroni1 can Hunts Spaghetti sauce½ med. green pepper, diced½ med. red pepper, diced½ tsp black Pepper1 tsp minced Garlic½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded½ cup kraft tem-mex shredded cheese1 can italian-style tomatoes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook pasta according to pkg directions; drain

Brown beef with onions, garlic, black pepper and peppers in a large skillet. Once browned add tomatoes, cooked pasta and sauce.

Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese. bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    I won't rate because I didn't make this exact recipe- I bought the basic ingredients because of financial constraints. It is a very simple meal to make and toss in the oven, something that even the pickiest of eats will love! - 6/2/09
