Rachel's Primal French Onion Soup

Ingredients
4 cup raw onions, sliced thin8 slices Swiss cheese4 cups Beef Broth3 tsp Brown Sugar, packed1/4 cup Olive OilSea Salt - NOT IODIZED Fresh Pepper
Directions
In soup pot, cook onions, sugar, and pepper in oil until caramelized (about 15-20 minutes).
Add broth; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Broil until bubbly.
Serve!
