Dry Roasted Peanuts (Unsalted), 8 oz 1.5 cupsMung Beans, 1.5 cup Maple Syrup, .75 cup
1)Dry roats peanuts. remove skin and Make it into fine paste. Or you can use 1 cup peanut butter
2 ) Dry roast mung beans in an an oven until it has medium brown color inside and out. You can crack open a bean to check it. Grind them into fine flour.
3) Add maple syrup, grounded peanuts, grounded mung beans in a bowl. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
4) Now make them into small lemon sized balls then press to make cookie shapes. (Does not flow/spread while baking much).
5) Bake them in an oven at 350F for 13 mins.
