Harvest Salad

Ingredients
1 medium Granny Smith Apple (cored & sliced very thin - with skin)1/4 cup finely chopped Pecans (or your favorite nut)6 tbsp Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing6 cup Spring Mix Salad (baby lettuces, broccoli, pea pods, carrots)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve. This salad is also great with bleu cheese crumbles and red currants added. Makes enough salad for two to have as a complete meal or can be broken into smaller serving sizes as a side salad.
