Ingredients
Yoplait Light Strawberry Yogurt - 1 containierMilled Flass seedFrozen Mixed Berries - 1 serving (1 cup)Wild Strawberry Whey Protein (GNC) - 1 scoop1/2 c. water (room temp.)
Directions
1. Blend water and whey together until powder is somewhat mixed.

2. Add Berries & Yogurt and blend unti all berries are blended

3. Add Flax seed

4. ENJOY!
