Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Italian tomato (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 2 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)Feta Cheese, 0.5 cup, crumbled (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, strips (remove)Black Olives, 8 jumbo (remove)Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)salt an pepper to taste
Directions
cut the vegetables as desired bite sizes and crumbled feta on top with the olives.mix the olive oil and vinger and it is ready to eat!

    Delicious and simple, quick and easy. I did add two ounces of cooked, left-over BBQ'd chicken to the mix for some added protein. - 9/4/15
